I can relate to this too. My whole day revolves around the preparation, serving and clean-up of 3 meals, all at specific times. I call it “3 hots and a flop.” I do not enjoy cooking and I am at best serviceable, although I do have a few specialties. I offer a continental breakfast, a “light”lunch and a full dinner. My partner acts like he is a at full service restaurant. There is always a a discussion about the day’s offerings, much indecision about selections, and finally a choice is made. Or is it. The meal schedule eats up a lot of time. (Ha ha) As such, it allows me the standard 2 hour “downtime” to run errands, clean, do laundry and spend a few moments trying to remember what life was like before. I could go on, but it’s time to start the dinner shift…
